Symptoms

I got certificate error when I run the following : http://k2server:81/Runtime/Runtime/Form/ITRequest/

so the user got : There is a problem with this website’s security certificate. and he should click on "Continue to this website (not recommended). " in order to access the form, we have installed a digicert certificate *.pension.gov.ae for this matter.
 

Diagnoses

K2 blackpearl allows the using of http only by ruinng the k2 setup manager the the k2 smartforms setup manager.
the certificate should be checked by the IT at the premises
