Hi,

We have installed K2 smart starters and the workdesk works fine, but when we navigate to any application within the workdesk, we face an issue of mixed http and https content.
our k2 environment is configured to work on https and the smart starters are using http.
Any pointers to change the smart starter urls to https aswell?


Mixed Content: The page at 'https://platform.phcc.gov.qa/Runtime/Runtime/Form/K2+Workdesk/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure resource 'http://platform.phcc.gov.qa/Runtime/Runtime/Runtime/Form/Workdesk+Worklist/?andampt=Wed%20Aug%2031%202016%2013:50:48%20GMT+0300%20(Arab%20Standard%20Time)'. This request has been blocked the content must be served over HTTPS.

Diagnoses

The "K2 Application Accelerator - Workdesk Overview v1.0.pdf" informs us to use https not http.
Your respected person should use the manual deletion because it would be the only option at this stage. after that follow the documentation on smart starters installation
