We are having problems with our K2/SharePoint installation. Whenever we try to kick a K2 workflow from a web part in SharePoint we receive the following error:


 Message: 24408 K2:NT AUTHORITYANONYMOUS LOGON from 172.16.39.238:1626 does not have rights to Start Process LeaveLeave Approval


 Here is our scenario:



  2. We have a SharePoint server, a separate K2 server and a separate Database server
  3. We have a web part on sharepoint site which kicks off workflows on K2 server
  4. We have Kerberos running

All our stuff was working fine until we applied SSL. Now we are receiving the error mentioned in this forum. There are no errors in the Event Viewer. None of our accounts or SPNs have changed.


 If anyone can help it will be greatly appreciated.

if you change to SSL you need to change the port of the SPN you created.  I.E from 80 to 443

You might also want to try turning on Kerberos Logging (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/262177) and see if the event log throws any meaning errors that can help with the troubleshooting.
