Diagnoses

After enabling Smartactions, server logs the error below and notification is not sent:

“61003 Failed to start MessageBus service: System.Exception: The method or operation is not implemented.
at SourceCode.Security.Providers.ConnectProvider.ConnectProvider.QueryUserProperties()
at SourceCode.Hosting.Runtime.IdentityService.InternalQueryUserProperties(String label)
at SourceCode.MessageBus.Server.MessageBusRuntime.EndWaitForIdentityService(IAsyncResult result)”

 

Resolution

This is a documented bug with this release of K2 connect, and a fix is available in a later update.

The fix was included in K2 connect release (4.10060.1.705 and later). This release can be downloaded from the archive:
