Has anybody tried installing K2.Net 2003 to Server 2016?

I have the product installed and the K2.net 2003 Server windows service starts successfully, however I'm getting unexpected results in the K2 DB due to some of the K2 event code seemingly not running.

When I try to run the K2.net 2003 Server console to debug, I get an error :

Faulting application name: K2Server.exe, version: 3.6262.1.0, time stamp: 0x451116e0

For info, we have been running K2.Net 2003 for many years on various OS, our most recent live installation is on Server 2008 R2 x64 and works perfectly. From this configuration I've been able to compare config files, etc and there's no differences that I can see.

Has anybody come across this? Ideas on how to resolve?

Any help appreciated.

It wasn't supported on Server 2008R2 where I've been running it for the last 5 years either, just wondering if anybody had got it running.

Decided to ditch K2 in favour of developing an in house workflow solution now, so please ignore this original post.

Getting same error after moving DataBase to SQL 2016. Strange.
