I am in the middle of configuring the infrastructure platform for a Production environment, and I ran into an issue while trying to install K2.net 2003 Redirect Escalation.
We have originaly used the K2.net 2003 Redirect Escalation (3.5227.1.0) in our Development/QA/Staging environments, but with the release of K2.net SP4 I have installed the Production platform with SP4.
While trying to install the K.net 2003 Redirect Escalation component I got an error message stating that k2.net SP(a) was not found installed on the server. This is obviuso since I have a newer version of the product installed.
Questions:
1. Are there updated version of K2.net Escallation Redirect, OutofOffice and Archiving components that are compatible with K2.net SP4
2. Do I need to install the older version of K2.net 2003, install the components and upgrade to K2.net SP4.

+1+1After some research and a good cup of coffee I found out the following:
* The K2.net 2003 Redirect Escalation feature comes with K2.net 2003 SP4 (3.6262.1.0), it is no longer required to install this feature separately
*You can download the Out Of Office Component with SP4 from the k2portal
*The K2.net 2003 Archiving SP3 component works with K2.net 2003 SP4
