Unable to view any worklist items in K2 Mobile.
Diagnoses
- Tried accessing andltk2 site urlandgt/k2api/api/worklistitem from mobile browser and desktop browser, and no results are returned.
- For testing purposes, we switched the K2Api authentication in IIS from Windows to Form authentication allows worklist items to be retrieved
Resolution
Update K2 Mobile app on mobile devices.
