Hello Folks,

This solution is intended to Manage Bulk admin Activities in K2 Blackpearl.

Currenlty the solution exposes two functions.

1) Remove Process Rights For Users In a Bulk

input:

Give a text file containing users seperated by line breaks

Given a list of Process names in a text file seperated by line breaks.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Output

The solution uploads the data from the files into smartobjects  and then removes the rights for all the specified users in all the processes mentioned.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2) Assign Process Rights For Users In a Bulk

input:

Give a text file containing users seperated by line breaks

Given a list of Process names in a text file seperated by line breaks.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Output

The solution uploads the data from the files into smartobjects  and then assigns the rights for all the specified users in all the processes mentioned.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Additionally A Log File is generated in the K2 SmartObject whihc holds the details of the activity.

The solution contains two projects.

1)  Custom Service Broker to Import any File and upload the data to any smart Object.

This version has the method which imports the textfile data seperated by comma seperated values.

2) Administration Endpoint assembly Broker

This hold the methods to Assign and Remove rights in bulk.

Log a file with all the logs into a smartobject.

In the upcomming version the solution will be updated with multiple other functionalities that would ease the job for an administrator.

The solution can be used to developk2 smartform portal for the admin.

Kudos!
