Can you please assist me with the attached K2 logon error:
An error occurred trying to process the request.
K2TSTS10002: An error occurred while processing a WS-Federation sign-in response.
Diagnoses
Due to browser caching the page.
Resolution
If so, can you please clear the browser cache, close all browser windows, then try the logon again.
