Symptoms

Would you please assist with the installation health error for K2 Blackpearl 4.7, error "Target did not complete successfully management.kspx"

We are busy upgrading from 4.6.8 to 4.7.

I read this article (http://help.k2.com/kb001709?z=636149407220037521) that there's a fix for 4.6.10, can you provide fix for 4.7
 

Diagnoses

During our meeting we deployed the management.kspx package found on the setup folder on the installation package and we were still getting the same issue when running the configuration analysis.

The client was running the 4.7.1 version, so i also asked the client to run the update 4.7.2.

I did manage to repair the installation error, before installing I granted the service account access to the services using this hyperlink.

My only problem now is the service which does not want to start and also the old server which keeps appearing on the server.

The client managed to resolve the installing error after installing the 4.7.2 and granting the service account access to services
