Symptoms

K2 Host Server Memory is around 96% utilized and I need some assistance bringing it under control.
We are currently only running the onboarding process on the host server and no more than 20 running workflows. The server memory seems to be out of control and we are seeing issues with the workflows being processed. I need some assistance to review the server and bring it under control before the server crashes.
 

Diagnoses

There is a known issue when using SmartObject Getlist where you have a large amount of properties causes excessive memory usage in K2. Ultimately it crashes the HostServer

 

Resolution

The Coldfix has been provided to the customer. Since the fix is included in the latest version (4.6.9), customer decided that they will upgrade the K2 blackpearl version to 4.6.9 instead of applying the Coldfix.
