Symptoms


The hostserver logs does not follow the server date/time and always captures the wrong date/time.

For example, the log Date Modified is shown as "HostServer 160914_1" but the date of the error in the logs is shown as "2016-09-05". This makes it difficult for us to trace any errors that might occur.

 

Diagnoses


This is a known issue on K2 Blackpearl 4.6.10.2.


 

Resolution

Kindly contact your local K2 support to request for a coldfix for this issue.
