on web page, under site actions k2 site settings,,,, smartobject management and k2designer for sharepoint management are missing.
 

Diagnoses

It appears that the Smartobject Management and K2 Designer for SharePoint features are not being activated on the target site collection.
 

Resolution

Activating the K2 features on the site collection resolved the issue, see steps below:

i) Navigate to the Central Administration andgt K2 for SharePoint page.
ii) Under Features Management section, click Smartobject Management link and confirm that the feature is activated on the target the site collection. If it's not, then select the target site collection and activate the feature.
iii) Perform step ii) for the K2 Designer for SharePoint.
