Symptoms
Issue:
The client was unable to deploy a package. "k2 error smartobject method in smartobject activity escalation data used in could not be found" Error was raised.
Diagnoses
Diagnosis:
On testing the smart object we found that the smart object activity escalation data was not executable.
Resolution
Resolution:
We applied the code fix supplied and removed the activity escalation data affiliation on the workflow. We were then able to deploy the workflow on the target environment with no errors.
