Symptoms

 


We recently enabled K2 Designer Workflow after activating Forms Auth in the Server. Now I can create workflow, but when i go to deploy it wizard completes successfully, but it doesn't get published in the smartform I have referenced to, I cant even see that in k2 WORKSPACE. I was wondering if this is an training issue or if something is not working with the environment.

 

 

Diagnoses

 


Since there were no errors when creating and deploying the workflow. It must be placed in some K2 Server.
 

 

Resolution

 


Reviewed the setting of the environment and make sure it was pointing to the correct one. After doing that a new process was created and deployed. Once it was successful, we checked the Workflow server and saw the Process deployed there.
