K2 Designer Error, No Realm Entries
Diagnoses
The initial error occurs when launching K2 designer after reconfiguring the server to create a new DB.
Resolution
To resolve this issue you may have to validate if the server license is still valid. If it is not you may have to update this. You can do this in two ways:
- Via the K2 Blackpearl/Smartforms set up installation
- Via Workspace management >>>> License Management.
