We are trying to integrate K2 with an already solution
deployed on MOSS2007.
In this solution we have a Custom list already created and
defined.
What we need it to Set a workflow on this list so that each item
list will run according to the workflow.
We know that in K2 in order to move from an activity to the
next activity we need to Submit a certain “ACTION” and this action should be on
the Submit event of the List or the Form.
What we are asking is how can we create independent actions
or any way to let the workflow move from an activity to another without
editing the already existing event of the MOSS Custom list.
In other terms we have a “loan request” custom list which
contains 20 fields , but there are no “Approve/Reject” field and we need to let
the workflow run according to an “Approve/Reject” value without adding any
column to the LIST.
Is that possible to be done ? is there any way to implement
such scenario ?
