I have SharePoint Environment and FBA authentication Configured and enabled for it .

I need to Configure K2 Blackpearl Smartforms to Take identity's form the same authentication provider that used by SharePoint 2013 ( enable FBA and Windows users
to access SharePoint 2013 intranet site and can access K2 forms and submit requests )

 

Diagnoses
