Hi All,
What is the meaning of status = Running? Sometimes I get a status Running (Basically the folio gets stuck and unless I use GotoActivity it is not moving).

"Running" typically means that the specific process instance is being executed by the server.

Thanks for reply.
We had an issue where a folio was in running status for more than 4-5 hours. I could not understand this, as folios are usually processed quickly without any delay. What are the possible reasons for this problem? Could you please let me know?

Unfortunately, based off this thread, I'm not really sure what could be causing this. Does this happen in every process instance or just this one? Have you enabled logging within K2 to see if there is anything add occurring at the time you experience this?
