K2 BlackPearl for SharePoint MS-Silverlight issue

Hi All,

 

My team is facing an issue with Microsoft Silverlight on their systems where if anyone tries using the K2 BlackPearl for SharePoint app they get a screen “Install Silverlight” (for Google Chrome)/ a complete blank screen (for IE 11)

 

We have tried searching the K2 community and other links on google to find a workaround but none of them are working for us. Can someone please provide with a solution to this issue?

    Hi,


     


    Chrome doesn't support SilverLight.


    Please note that these kind of issues are related to the browser, you might need to try firefox and see if you can load the designer.


     


    Another option: install IE Extension for Chrome
