Symptoms
Installing blackpearl 4.6.10. Checking dependencies on K2 Workspace installation using setup wizard. It says ASP.NET is missing. But ASP.NET 4.5 is already installed according to the operating system "Add Roles and Features Wizard".
Diagnoses
Install is looking for older version of ASP.net 3.5 framework
Resolution
Microsoft has a Web Platform Installer(https://www.microsoft.com/web/downloads/platform.aspx) to install ASP.net version 3.5... Once the older version was installed, customer was able to complete the upgrade to 4.6.10
