K2 application cannot open
 

Diagnoses


Throwing a smartobject error.

Error:

"SmartObject with name GetK2ApplicationSettings not found. Please rerun the K2 for SharePoint application Registration Wizard. Navigate to Site Contents > K2 for SharePoint > Settings > Registration Wizard."

 

Resolution

As described in the error message, run the Registration Wizard following the directions given by the error which should clear up the issue. If this doesn't fix the issue then it is important to contact K2 Appit support and open a ticket regarding this issue.
