We have a customer running K2.Net 2003.
The last couple of days we have been experiencing errors in K2 like the following:
"Item has already been added. Key in dictionary: '760' Key being added: '760'"
Appearantly this is a known issue and we have located a hotfix here: (Hotfix 2)

The K2 Server has been running for a while without us ever seeing this error before.
So my question is really how these errors now suddenly appear.
Any thoughts would be appreciated
