Symptoms
We are experiencing an issue with our Workspace component of K2, at the moment the only way users are able to see any of the Tabs, is if there is no one explicitly named in the security section under each tab. If a user "K2:PROD/JHAMILT" is named, the field disappears for all users, including PRODJHAMILT.
Also any users who are no part of the administrators group on the local host device are unable to access the Workspace feature and are given an access denied error.
Diagnoses
Going through the Multi-Domain setup Docs , found that the required changes to the Workspace web.config were not included .
Resolution
Added an additional connection string for CPROD and it now works
