Using the SharePoint Lists and Libraries wizard my custom template is not being used when the Document library is created. It does successfully create a Document Library, but of the default type. Has anyone run into such an issue before and is there a resolution? I have created mutliple custom templates to see if it was this one specifically, but they all had the same issue.
