Issue upgrading from 4.6.9 to 4.6.10 due to expired licence.
 

Diagnoses


When you have an issue trying to upgrade one of your servers from K2 V4.6.9 to V4.6.10 due to expired licence error when running the setup wizard for the V4.6.10 upgrade.

What is the best way to get around this?
 

Resolution

The best thing to do here, would be to go to license management via K2 Workspace and look at the system key. This system key should then be used to apply for another license key via portal.k2.com.

Once you have received the key, go to workspace and apply the key here. After this you should then restart the K2 service.

When you then try to run the upgrade again you should not receive any additional errors.
