Symptoms


I am using online cloud-hosted virtual K2 environment Virtual image ( C-125-AZ140TA1B.cloudapp.net:3389-Remote desk connection). I am facing connectivity issue. when I work on K2 components it hangs and disconnects every now and then and because of this I am unable to resume my work.
 

Diagnoses


K2 Support manager and K2 learning have visibility on the form that requests/starts these VM's. Restarted the VM. Contacted the Partner Account manager to advise them that the VM they issued was a "TryNow" VM with limited time settings - asked them to talk with their customer about the limitations of that VM.
 

Resolution

Customer was able to connect to the VM from their home network, therefore, the customer's network at work was probably the issue.
