Is there a way to set content types in a workflow for multiple documents after they are uploaded.

My co-worker is trying to do what I stated above. Can you help us out? We are using SharePoint and Nintex 2010.

Hi Lisa,

You should be able change the Content Type of a List Item by using the "Update Item" action and then simply setting the "Content Type" field equal to the name of your desired content type. I've done this on list items before so it may be applicable to what you are trying to do as well.

Thanks,

Mike

Hi all,

does this work for Documents stored in a Document Library? I have different content types (consist of Parent and child content types) being used in a Document Library and I like to change all of the content types to one new parent content type, wonder which action should I use? Thanks in advance for all your suggestions.
