I have flexitask infopath forms bringing alot of data and I have some users that need to approve multiple tasks without opening the form. Is there a way to create another workflow to change the outcome or dropdown action I can add.
Is there a way to approve a Flexi Task outside the form via another workflow or field?
you could close a task by performing a call to Workflow.asmx webservice
