Have some fairly large forms created using Nintex Forms which the client now wants to print.  I created a simple javascript button to print but the form comes out fairly messy.  We have a small environment and only have Nintex Standard Edition, does this mean the new Print to PDF feature is not available to us?

Thanks

@Stuart Landes

As of right now, that is correct Print to PDF is only available in the Enterprise Edition of Nintex.

As of right now?  Are there plans to deploy the function to Standard Edition as well that you know of?

Thanks

Hi Stuart Landes,

If you have the print button working, then you can install a free 3rd party solution called CutePDF writer. This works with the print option and anything that you can print, can be saved as pdf file.

When you get the print dialog box, select CutePDF, and click Print. It would show you option to select the destination for pdf file. Once you select print, form will be saved as pdf. Worth testing.

As of right now I haven't heard of this feature being released for the Standard Edition.

Thanks.  I will check that out!
