Is it possible to restrict manually-run workflows from being visible in the Item menu based on document properties?
example: we have three document lifecycle stages - draft, reviewed and approved. Each of these statuses are updated in the "Document Lifecycle Status" column in our doc library.
we want to restrict users from seeing our custom approval workflow in the item menu if the item is still in "Draft" status and the "Review" workflow has not yet run.

Hi,
unfortunately this is not possible..the only thing you can do is to check at the beginning of the workflow if the status is the expected one and if not to end the workflow and maybe notify the initiator..
