Hi Nina,
If you want to approve/Reject over email without going to the task form, you would need Lazy approval feature of Nintex. Have a look at this feature.

Shrini
Hi Shrini,
thank you, that sounds like a really good option. I think this is a lot easier than going to the task directly but clicking a button within the mail would be even better. Do you think that is not possible?
Thanks; Nina
Oh, and another question! Is the lazy approval just working with the flexi task or with the request review as well?
Hello,
There is an outlook plugin that might assist you with doing what you want. See the blog here:
Looks great but unfortunately its just for Outlook 2013 and higher, we have Outlook 2010!
Hi Nina,
Sorry for the delay..
You could construct your own notifications (i.e. markup) may be you could have some custom <a> and construct the response. The user will still need to click on Send to send the email.
In a gist you could create your own formatted email, but user will need to click on "send" it wont be as seamless as the forms element.

Shrini
It will satisfy us if user need to click "send". But how can we construct email that will be the right response to LazyApproval email.
We want link ot button within the mail. which user click, then new email is created and then user send it.
