Is it possible to action (for example approve or reject) work item using e-mail?

+9It should be possible, but it is handle through design conventions as opposed to something specifically built into K2. This thread (http://k2underground.com/forums/post/29026.aspx) discusses one way this can be done. That thread is in response to blackberry, but the concept would probably be similar.
An approach like the one above will most likely require K2 API code (in the service mentioned), which is not suported within K2 blackpoint.
