Intermittently when deploying using PandD there are failures with Error - The environment library is not connected
Diagnoses
The issue stems from the SAML tokens NotOnOrAfter condition that invalidates.
Resolution
We fixed this in a Isolated patch on top of Appit 1.5 Update 2 and will ship in Update 3 and Next Blackpearl CU
