Symptoms
Dear Team, I need to get data from the Oracle db and have to use it on smart forms. I tried to follow the link http://help.k2.com/onlinehelp/k2blackpearl/userguide/4.6.8/webframe.html#Edit_Oracle_Service_Instance.html but i am not getting screen shown in the mentioned link. I tried below steps for the configuration 1. Go to K2 Workspace 2. Smart objects > Services > Oracle Services 3. When i click "Add", the attached screen is displaying, which is not same as mentioned in the documentation of link i mentioned above Your usual support and help is required so that i will be able to configure the Oracle Integration.
