Integrating sharepoint with k2.net studio

hello Sir,
I am Sanjeev working in k2.net project.i ve some problem in integrating infopath and sharepoint process in k2.net studio.After selecting the Infopath template and entering into infopath process wizard and selecting sharepoint form library it asks to give

Virtual Server URL:
Select Site :
Select document library:


While browsing to select site name it asks for user name ,password and domain name and after that a HTML page comes.so how to select site name from that.
I ve some doubt in that so ll u plz help me in solving this problem.
