Symptoms

Installing Appit though store gets stuck in loop and hangs.

 

Diagnoses

Common error logged stating ‘Communications with the cache cluster has experienced a delay past the timeout value, please increase the Request Timeout of the client.’
 

Resolution

The App Installation Service was not running frequently. Increased the frequency and then user was able to install 3rd party server.
