I am trying to install K2 blackpearl and very disappointed with the unfriendliness of the install. I am not able to get the NEXT button to proceed further and I am not sure why. I have spent all day today and I have all the pre-reqs but still the install does not proceed.


It takes me to EULA screen but I dont see the radiobuttons that say "I AGREE" and "I DO NOT AGREE" options. Does anybody else have this issue?

p.s. (I also see the button that says "BACK" as "BAC" only. Is it possible, I got a corrupted install?), I got the install from a K-2 consultant working at our office.

I would suggest going to the portal and downloading a new installer. You are right I think the one you have is corrupted.

Thanks Siedels. I will try that and update the thread.
Do you have a low screen resolution?  You might try setting it higher.  If you have a K2 consultant at your office, why not ask for assistance?
I have also seen this behaviour if you are using large fonts under your desktop personalization settings.
