I'm new the K2.net, but I can resolve many issues but this one, I have 2 users that had permissions and now have lost access. I had gone to Service Manager and added the users again, then I went to process folder and added them there as well. I have verified that their set up is correct but yet I'm rece'v the same error message. Please can some one advise me on the best solution for this. I'm out of answers. Here is the error message the I'm getting:
InfoPath cannot open the following file: BO%20Approval%20Event%20-%20Begin.CLTAAP66_405_69.xml.
InfoPath cannot open the form. To fix this problem, contact your system administrator.
The following DataObject either cannot be created or cannot be initialized: GetActiveDirUsers
The query cannot be run for the following DataObject: GetActiveDirUsers
InfoPath cannot run the specified query.
The Web service request could not be authenticated.

Hi,
If you are using a SharePoint library to start the process, add the URL of the SharePoint library to the client machine's Trusted Sites Zone.
Also reset the custom settings of the Trusted Sites Zone to "Low".
(Tools>Internet Options>Security>Trusted Sites>Custom Level>Reset to: Low>Reset)
This should fix the problem.
