Inconsistent behaviour in sending Emails
Diagnoses
When you have a process that consists of email notifications and email events as such, you get multiple reports that emails tend to go missing.
Checking within the spam and clutter folders and nothing is found within here.
Looking at the view flow it shows that the emails have been sent.
What could be the issue here?
Resolution

It may be best to check to see if exchange has been set up correctly as well as MSMQ against K2.
