Hi,
The "Include an 'Other' branch to capture outcomes not listed in the Outcomes section" is used in the Escalation Tab of the FLexi Task. If the Escalation is set to "Complete Task" and you do not want to complete with either Approve or Reject the outcome can be set as Other and the workflow will proceed down the other branch.
This "Other" option is not user accessible.
