Symptoms
Image embedded into the form not being shown in the PDF files produced by "Save As PDF" control. A cross mark is being shown in place of the image in resulting PDF file.
Diagnoses
This is known issue in K2 SmartForms 1.0.5 with available coldfix.

Please contact K2 support in order to request the coldfix.
