If a user accesses a SmartForm on a sub site and the user doesn't have permissions to the root site they get Access Denied Errors

Symptoms

Some users get Access Denied errors when accessing K2 smartforms.

Diagnoses

Known issue and a bug, one should not require Root site permissions when using K2 on a sub site.

Resolution

Appit 1.3 codefix exists and will be fixed in Appit 1.4.

Temp Workaround is to grant read rights on the root site.
