Symptoms
Accidently deleted my admin rights on workspace management while I was adding other users .
Diagnoses
Lost management privileges.
Resolution
Doing a repair and selecting the new account let the user the ability to access workspace and add his account again. We also deployed a health check smartform using PandD from Prod to Dev and the test was successful.
