I have a workflow that creates a item in another site. its very simple and this worflow is being used across multiple sites. It has worked for weeks then all of a sudden I get the following error Create Site Specific Item Activity <nativehr>0

What would cause this error

What version of Nintex are you using? It sounds like you are using Nintex from within SharePoint. Is that correct?
