How to view a ViewFlow for a process that has completed

Resolution
1. From K2 Workspace, navigate to the K2 Process Overview reports:

2. Select the Workflow of relevance, which will navigate you in the Process Instances section:

3. From the 'Process Instances' section, click on the 'Configuration' tab in the top navigation to configure a filter:

4. Add a filter where Folio equals/contains the value of your choice.
5. This will filter your process instances via the Folio allowing for the opening of the 'Viewflow' via the Viewflow icon for the relevant process instance folio
