how to use filter condition on roles

Hai Friends,

In my project contain 4000 users. i am creating a SmartObject for the Profile table.

i create 4 roles:

Each roles have 1000 user based upon the Filter condition.


My Questions is

1. How to use Filter Condition on the Roles.
2. How to set the Permission for all the User.
