How to use a String Builder in a Run if? I want to NOT run the workflow if the document is loaded into a specific folder

    There is no way to do a conditional start for a new item in a document library.
    If you want to use a Run if to control the flow after the workflow starts, i recommend using Run If 'URL' contains the name of the folder.
