Symptoms
When logging in to K2mobile with the K2SQLUM credentials, it throws the error: Username or Password incorrect
Diagnoses
1. AD User could log in fine.
2. K2 SQLUM users log in as k2sqlum:username
Resolution
The security label is case sensitive. Using K2SQL: instead of k2sql: and the k2sqlum users could log in successfully.
