Right now i am redirecting work items from one user to another user from K2 Workflowserver > Worklist and it is working great. But user not receiveing any email. How can i get this funcationality? I also need to update the Delgated user info on sharepoint list which i am using for track request.


 Please help me.

Please check the status of the task item, if the items status is “Open” the notification mail will not be send, but if the item is “Available” the mail should be send. On the workflow itslef you can set slots as to how many people can action the procress, you can drag email events that will send emails to specified users ect.
